GOSSAN's diversified RESOURCE portfolio

Gossan Resources Limited is engaged in the exploration and development of a broadly diversified portfolio of properties hosting gold, platinum group and base metals, as well as the specialty and minor metals - vanadium, titanium, tantalum, lithium, and chromium. Gossan also holds a large deposit of magnesium-rich dolomite, the world-wide rights to the Zuliani magnesium production process, and a high-purity silica frac sand deposit. All of the properties are located in Manitoba and north-western Ontario.

Gossan has received an offer for the purchase of Gossan’s interest TCN in the amount of $1.4 million for an expected closing in December 2011. There can be no assurance the transaction will close.  Gossan received a TCN dividend of $115,040 in October 2011.
